Service Fees
All flights that are issued will be continually monitored for a fare decrease and will be reissued at lower fare. * Please note that there is a $24 service fee for all tickets booked online. If you require personal assistance booking your trip the fee is $40.00. You can reach an air agent at (866) 708-8216
* If multiple people are traveling together on the same dates, flights, the service fee will be lowered to $16.00 for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th persons.
Privacy Statement
You may enter Personal Data, such as name, address, telephone number, email address, credit card or other billing information, travel plans or passport number, into a profile form to register for air, car or hotel being coordinated by M&I. When you enter Personal Data into such a form, that data is collected and stored by one of M&I's business partners, who will treat your Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
You may also provide M&I with Personal Data when you request over the telephone or via email or facsimile that M&I provide services for you.
